摘 要:目的探讨磁共振(MRI)在膝关节损伤中的诊断价值。方法选取我院收治的60例以膝关节损伤接受治疗的患者作为研究对象,均接受MRI及膝关节治疗,观察膝关节诊断价值。结果关节镜诊断显示半月板撕裂32例(44膝),前交叉韧带撕裂17例(22膝),内侧副韧带损伤11例(12膝)。以关节镜诊断为金标准,MRI诊断敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为93.6%、75.0%、91.1%。结论磁共振诊断膝关节损伤具有显著价值,可作为关节镜诊断、治疗前有效检测方案。Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of knee joint injury. Methods Sixty patients admitted to our hospital who were treated with knee joint injury were selected as the study subjects. Both of them were diagnosed by MRI and knee joint, and the diagnostic value of knee joint was observed. Results Arthroscopic diagnosis showed that meniscal rupture in 32 cases (44 knees), anterior cruciate ligament tear in 17 cases (22 knees), medial collateral ligament injury in 11 cases (12 knees). Arthroscopic diagnosis as the gold standard, MRI diagnostic sensitivity, specifcity and accuracy were 93.6%、75.0%、91.1%. Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging is valuable for the diagnosis of knee joint injury. It can be used as an arthroscopic diagnosis and efective test before treatment.
