靶控静脉麻醉与静吸复合麻醉的临床对比观察

摘　　要：目的研究分析靶控静脉麻醉与静吸复合麻醉的临床麻醉情况。方法选取2013年2月—2014年2月我院接收的120例手术麻醉患者,将患者分成了对照组和观察组,均有60例,观察组患者接受靶控静脉麻醉,对照组患者接受静吸复合麻醉,对两组的麻醉效果和不良反应情况进行比较分析。结果观察组有效率是96.67%;对照组有效率是78.33%;两组恢复定向力时间、离开PACU时间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率是18.33%,对照组是41.67%(P<0.05)。结论临床中靶控静脉麻醉效果比静吸复合麻醉优秀,不良反应率低。Objective To study and analyze the clinical anesthesia efect of target controlled intravenous anesthesia and static inhalation anesthesia. Methods From February 2013 to February 2014, 120 cases of surgery patients in our hospital who received anesthesia were divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group, patients in the observation group received target controlled intravenous anesthesia, the control group received static inhalation combined anesthesia, the anesthetic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group and 78.33% in the control group, and there was a difference between the two groups to restore the orientation time and to leave the PACU time （P 〈 0.05）. The rate of adverse reaction was 18.33% in the observation group and 41.67% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efect of target controlled intravenous anesthesia is better than that of static inhalation combined anesthesia, and the rate of adverse reaction is low.
