临床护理路径在前臂皮瓣修复手术治疗舌癌患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究临床护理路径在前臂皮瓣修复手术治疗舌癌患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年4月—2016年4月舌癌手术患者48例,通过抽签法将患者分为实验组与参照组,每组24例患者。参照组采用常规护理方式,实验组采用临床护理路径模式,对比两组舌癌患者满意度、护理质量、住院时间与费用等数据。结果实验组患者满意度较高和护理质量高于参照组,住院时间较参照组更短、所需治疗费用较参照组更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在前臂皮瓣修复手术治疗舌癌患者中具有一定效果,有效降低患者治疗成本。Objective To study the clinical effect of clinical nursing in the treatment of tongue cancer patients with forearm fap repair. Methods Forty-eight patients with tongue cancer were selected from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital. Patients were divided into experimental group and reference group by lottery. Each group was 24 patients. The reference group was treated with routine nursing method, and the experimental group was treated with clinical nursing path model. The data of satisfaction, quality of care, hospitalization time and cost were compared between the two groups. Results The patients in the experimental group had higher satisfaction and quality of care than those in the reference group. The length of stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group, and the required treatment cost was less than that in the reference group. The data were significantly different （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing path has some efect on the treatment of tongue cancer patients with forearm fap fap,which can efectively reduce the treatment cost.
