精准护理在自体眶骨膜替代睑板植入修复外眦部眼睑缺损护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨精准护理在自体眶骨膜修复眼外眦部眼睑缺损护理中的效果。方法选取2013年2月—2016年6月我院所收治的9例外眦部眼睑缺损患者为实验组,采取精准护理,选取2009年9月—2013年1月我院所收治的7例患者为对照组,采取常规护理,比较两组患者在住院时间、并发症、满意度等方面的差异。结果实验组在住院时间和满意度方面与对照组相比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,而在并发症方面,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论精准护理可以缩短患者的住院时间,提高护理满意度。Objective To evaluate the effect of precision nursing in autologous orbital periosteum to repair eyelid defect near exteral canthus. Methods Nine patients with orbital defects in our hospital from February 2013 to June 2016 who were admitted to selected as experimental group and precision nursing was applied. Seven patients admitted to our hospital from September 2009 to January 2013 were selected as control group, routines nursing was applied to compare the diferences in hospitalization time, complications and satisfaction between the two groups. Results The experimental group compared with control group in terms of length of hospital stay and satisfaction, the diference was statistically signifcant （P〈 0.05）, but in terms of complications, there was no statistically signifcant difference, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion Precision nursing may shorten the hospitalization time of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
