摘 要:垃圾焚烧锅炉在炉膛四周的炉墙布置方式中既有悬吊式锅炉的特性,又含有落地式锅炉的结构,管理不善容易引起炉墙裂纹,影响锅炉效率、污染环境,严重时还会引起人身伤害或设备事故。文中以某焚烧锅炉炉墙事故为例,分析了炉墙存在的问题及原因,总结了避免炉墙积灰结焦的措施,提出了炉墙倒塌的处理方案,为焚烧锅炉稳定运行提供了参考和借鉴。The incineration boiler has the characteristics of hanging boiler and the structure of the floor- standing boiler in the arrangement of the furnace wall around the furnace.
