摘　　要：文中在分析SD卡控制器的基础上,讲述了SD卡的接口电路和SD卡的接口模式,并且设计了允许4条数据线高速传输的SD接口模式,最后运用ADS1.2集成开发环境验证了基于S3C2440的SD卡控制器对SD卡的读写功能。In the basis of analysis of SD card controller, the design describes the interface circuit of SD card and the interface mode SD card, and the design of the SD interface mode allows 4 data lines for high- speed transmission, finally using ADS1. 2 integrated development environment, verify reading and writing function of the SD card controller based on S3 C2440.
