二甲双胍对胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征患者的促排卵效果监测

摘　　要：目的监测二甲双胍对胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征患者用药后促排卵的效果。方法选取2016年11月~2017年10月某院接收诊治的胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征患者80例作为研究对象,研究组和对照组各40例。对照组患者采取达英-35进行治疗,研究组患者在服用达英-35的基础上加用二甲双胍进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、患者治疗后生殖激素的变化情况以及治疗后患者排卵率、妊娠率、流产率的情况。结果研究组患者有效率明显高于对照组(95.0%vs77.50%,P<0.05)。治疗后研究组患者的黄体生成素(LH)、黄体生成素(LH)/促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、睾酮及胰岛素水平明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后研究组患者的排卵率和妊娠率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),流产率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍治疗胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征患者后可提高患者的排卵率和妊娠率,降低患者的流产率,值得在临床上推广使用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the ovulation effects of metformin in patients with insulin resistant polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS）. METHODS A total of 80 polycystic ovary syndrome patients with insulin resistance from November 2016 to October 2017 in a hospital were included,and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Diane-35 treatment,and the patients in the study group received Diane-35 plus two metformin treatment. Efficacy rates,changes of reproductive hormones,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and abortion rate were collected and compared. RESULTS The efficacy rates of study group were higher than that in control group（ 95% vs 77. 50%,P〈0. 05）. Levels of luteinizing hormone（ LH）,LH/follicle stimulating hormone（ FSH）,testosterone and insulin in study group were significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）.Ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0.05）,and the abortion rate was significantly lower than in control group（ P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Metformin in the treatment of insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome patients can improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,and reduce the abortion rate of patients.
