摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法检测异丙托溴铵中硼的含量,进行了原料药(异丙托溴铵)中硼杂质残留检验方法开发的研究。通过配制系列标准溶液,验证标准曲线方程和相关系数,确定该方法的相关系数r均为0.9999。利用该检测方法测硼回收率在97%~99%之间。方法检出限可达到45.05μg/kg,方法定量限为136.5μg/kg。精密度实验RSD均在2%以内。可以用于原料药(异丙托溴铵)中催化剂的测定。The content of boron in ipratropium bromide was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES),and a method for the determination of boron impurity residues in raw material drug(ipratropium bromide)was developed.A series of standard solutions were prepared by which the standard curve equation and the correlation coefficient were verified.The results showed the correlation coefficient of the method was 0.9999.The boron recoveries were favorable by using this method.The detection limit of the method was 45.05μg/kg.The quantitative limit was 136.5μg/kg.The precision based on RSD tests were below 2%.The method can be used for the determination of catalyst in raw material drug(ipratropium bromide).
