摘　　要：建立了离子色谱阳离子分离,柱后补碱脉冲安培法检测米卡芬净钠中残留盐酸羟胺的新方法,并对方法学进行了验证。结果表明:盐酸羟胺在0.02~0.3μg/mL浓度范围内,线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.9998,回收率为97.5%,相对标准偏差为2.1%,检测限为0.012μg/mL。此方法操作比较简单、检测灵敏度高,可用来检测药物中残留的盐酸羟胺。A new method was established to detect the residual hydroxylamine hydrochloride in micafungin sodium by cation exchange chromatography with post column mixer.The result showed that hydroxylamine hydrochloride had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.02-0.3 ug/ml,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998,the recovery rate was 97.5%,the standard deviation was 2.1%,and the detection limit was 0.012 ug/ml.This method is simple and the sensitive,and can be used to detect the residual hydroxylamine hydrochloride in drug.
