精益管理在流动分析仪零件库存管理中的应用

摘　　要：利用Kraljic矩阵和ABC分类法,对流动分析仪的零件进行分类,建立一套零件库存的管理方法。运用该方法,能明确库存位置,限定库存总量,反馈库存数量,设置库存预警,制定采购数量,设置维修应急预案。在不影响仪器运转的条件下,最终到达减少库存数量,控制库存总金额,缩短维修时间的目的。An inventory control system was proposed in this paper based on sorting parts of continuous flow analyzer through Kraljic matrix analysis and ABC classification.Using this system,the inventory can be precisely controlled with a lower inventory level,fewer inventory costs and shorter maintenance time in the operation condition of the analyzers.
