摘 要:通过变稀释比熔融制样方法建立了涵盖钼矿石尾矿至精矿的X射线荧光光谱分析方法,针对不同品位的样品选择相应稀释比,有效扩展了方法线性范围。对确认熔融制样预氧化程序效果提出了新的验证思路,使预氧化流程更为安全高效。为校正基体效应,比较了三类工作曲线的优劣,解决了同类方法在处理硅酸盐、碳酸盐样品过程中未曾面临的问题,最终确定以经验系数法校正基体效应。在变稀释比条件下,方法精密度良好,基本满足DZ/T 0130.3-2006要求,准确度亦可满足日常生产要求。The dilution ratio was determined based on the sample reducibility,which could help to expand the linear range and lower the limits of detection.A new method was proposed for the validation of preoxidation procedure before fusion,which made the fusion process safer and more efficient.Three different calibration curves were established for the correction of matrix effects,which was not mentioned in the former study concerning silicate and carbonate samples.At last,the matrix effects were corrected by empirically introduction ofαcoefficient.Under the conditions of variable dilution ratios,the results of reproducibility test basically met the requirements of DZ/T 0130.3-2006,and the accuracy test results also met the requirements of routine analysis.
