摘  要:为了合成绿色环保、可生物降解性的润滑油添加剂,以满足可持续发展的要求.用2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑(DMTD)、正己胺、十二胺、氯乙酰氯为原料,二氯甲烷为溶剂,三乙胺为缚酸剂,合成了一种新型噻二唑衍生物(称其为TM),并利用FTIR、1 HNMR等手段对产物的结构进行了表征,结果表明合成的产物跟预测的一样.采用热重分析测试了TM的热稳定性,TM热分解温度最低为295℃,具有较好的热稳定性.采用菜籽油(RO)对添加剂的油溶性进行测试,其在菜籽油中的溶解性高达2.2%,能满足润滑油添加剂的要求.并分别测试了极压抗磨性和可生物降解性(BDI指数)得知TM的极压抗磨性良好,且TM的BDI指数在80%以上,说明其可生物降解性能优良.In order to synthesize green,biodegradable lubricating oil additives to meet the requirements of sustainable development.A new type of thiadiazole derivative is synthesized with 2,5-dimerapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole(DMTD),n-butyl amine,dodecylamine,chloroacetyl chloride,with triethylamine as acidbinding agent,using dichloromenthane as solvent,and the structure is characterized by means of IR and1 HNMR.The results show that the synthesized product is the same as predicted.The thermal stability of TM is tested by thermogravimetric analysis.The thermal decomposition temperature of TM is 295℃,the thermal stability is good.The oil solubility of the additive is tested by vegetable oil,and the solubility in vegetable oil is as high as 2.2%,which satisfies the requirement of lubricating oil additive.The anti-wear performance and the biodegradability are tested,the anti-wear performance is improved and the BDI index of TM is better to 80%,indicating that it has better biodegradability.
