自制活血化瘀膏治疗湿热下注痔疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自制活血化瘀膏对湿热下注痔疮患者的疗效分析。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月在锦州市中心医院肛肠科就诊的100例中医辨证分型为湿热下注型痔疮患者,随机分组,试验组50例,采取自制活血化瘀膏治疗,对照组50例,采取常规治疗,比较2组患者中医症状积分。结果试验组与对照组治疗前中医症状评分无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组中医症状评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对湿热下注型痔疮患者采取自制活血化瘀膏治疗,可以有效提高患者的临床有效率,提高生活质量,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of self-made Huoxue Huayu ointment on hemorrhoids of dampness-heat in lower jiao. Methods From January 2016 to January 2016 in Jinzhou city central hospital,100 cases of anorectal hospital of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical points for treating patients with hemorrhoids,randomized,50 cases of patients with hemorrhoids of dampness-heat in lower jiao were divided into the control group. 50 cases in the experiment group used self-made Huoxue Huayu ointment. 50 in the control group used conventional therapy. After treatment,the clinical curative effect and TCM symptoms integral was compared. Result There was no difference between the experimental group and the control group on TCM symptoms integral（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,the TCM symptoms integral of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Self-made Huoxue Huayu cream on hemorrhoids of dampness-heat in lower jiao can effectively improve the clinical effective rate and the quality of life,and deserve to be popularized in clinic.
