从湿论治慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)是临床多见的难治性胃病,病程长、反复发作,西医归属于慢性胃炎里的一种。依据其临床表现又可归属于中医的"胃脘痛""痞满""嘈杂""纳呆"等范畴。导师代二庆教授研究此病多年,从治疗湿邪入手总结了四种方法来治疗脾胃虚弱型的慢性萎缩性胃炎,临床上疗效显著。在此列举出来,希望能让各位同道在临床上遇到此类病症时得到启发与帮助。Chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG） is a common refractory gastropathy,has long course of disease,is recurrent,and belongs to a chronic gastritis. According to its clinical manifestations,it can also be attributed to the Chinese medicine ＂epigastric pain＂,＂fullness＂,＂noisy＂,＂nausea＂and other areas. Professor Dai Erqing studied this disease for many years,from the treatment of dry evil,four methods in treating the spleen and stomach type of chronic atrophic gastritis were summed up,and the clinical effect is significant. In this list,we hope to be able to inspire and help you when the other doctors encounter such illness.
