痤疮1号汤联合火针治疗囊肿结节型痤疮

摘　　要：目的研究痤疮1号汤联合火针治疗囊肿结节型痤疮的临床疗效。方法选择48例囊肿结节型痤疮患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例。观察2组患者的临床表现,采用皮损证候积分进行总体疗效评价。观察2组患者肿痛缓解时间和皮损消退所需时间。检测2组患者治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)血清浓度水平。结果治疗组总有效率为87.50%(21/24),而对照组总有效率为62.50%(15/24),2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.00,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者皮损消退所需时间(7.92±2.33 vs 11.38±4.87 d)与肿痛缓解所需时间(2.17±1.16 vs 4.23±1.54 d)明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后皮损证候总评分明显低于对照组(3.05±0.76 vs 5.32±0.44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,治疗组治疗后皮损程度(1.14±0.28 vs 1.83±0.49)、数量(0.76±0.15 vs 1.45±0.19)及肿痛评分(0.47±0.17 vs 1.28±0.49)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论痤疮1号方联合火针能够治疗囊肿结节型痤疮,不仅能够改善临床症状,还能显著缩短病程。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zuochuang No. 1 decoction combined with fire needle in treating the ance with noduler and cystic pattern. Methods 48 of ance with noduler and cystic pattern patients were divided into treatment and control group by random number table,and there were 24 cases in each group. The manifestations of each group before and after therapies were observed and evaluated by skin lesion scores. Meanwhile,the serum concentration of C reactive protein was tested before and after the treatment as well.Results The total effective in the observation group and control group was 87. 50%（ 21/24） and 62. 50%（ 15/24） respectively,and there was the difference（（ 2 = 4. 00,P〈0. 05）. After the medication,the remission time of skin lesions（ 7. 92 ± 2. 33 vs 11. 38 ± 4. 87 d） and the pain（ 2. 17 ± 1. 16 vs 4. 23 ± 1. 54 d） in observation group was obviously less than the control one,and there were the differences（ P〈0. 05）. Furthermore,the total skin lesion score in observation group was less than the control group（ 3. 05 ± 0. 76 vs 5. 32 ± 0. 44） and there was the difference（ P〈0. 05）. And the scores of skin detail lesions（ 1. 14 ± 0. 28 vs 1. 83 ± 0. 49）,amount（ 0. 76 ± 0. 15 vs 1. 45 ± 0. 19）and pain（ 0. 47 ± 0. 17 vs 1. 28 ± 0. 49） in observation group were also less than the control one,and there were the differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Zuochuang No. 1 decoction combined with fire needle could improve the manifestations for the patients with acne with nodule and cystic pattern,and shorten the course of disease.
