摘　　要：本文通过对2011—2016年6年间济南市无证行医曝光台数据的汇总分析,全面掌握无证行医的主体类型、分布地区、案件来源等现状特点;探究取缔以及没收违法所得、没收药品、器械等关键执法指标的变化趋势,对工作难点和存在问题进行深入研究,提出对策建议,旨在为卫生计生等相关政府监管部门更加有效地开展打击无证行医工作,维护正常医疗服务秩序提供参考和帮助。According to the data collection and analysis of Jinan unlicensed medical practice exposure platform from 2011 to 2016, to obtain the overall status quo of the unlicensed medical practices, such as the types of civil subject, regional distribution, sources of the cases and so on, to explore the confiscation of illicit proceeds and the confiscation of drugs, confiscation of medical equipment, bans and other key indicators of the trend, to study the difficulties and problems in law enforcement and make recommendations, in order to provide advice and assistance to the relevant government departments on combating unlicensed medical practices and keeping the order of medical services.
