摘　　要：采用系统分析方法,建立变频调速高压柱塞泵冲洗系统的理论计算模型,分析高压泵柱塞泵压力和流量、变频电机转速、变频器频率、喷咀出口面积等之间的关系,以及高压泵、变频电机、变频器选型与功率匹配等问题,为变频调速高压柱塞泵冲洗系统的设计和选型提供理论依据。This paper adopts a systematic analysis method to establish a theoretical calculation model for the flushing the pressure an sy d stem of variable frequency speed regulating high pressure plunger pump, analyzes flow of high pressure pump plunger pump, frequency conversion motor speed, frequency converter, nozzle outlet area, etc.The relationship between the high-pressure pump, variable frequency motor, frequency converter selection and power matching provides theoretical basis for the design and selection of the flushing system of the variable frequency speed plunger pump. Regulating high pressure.
