摘 要:利用天冬氨酸、2-氨基乙磺酸和氢氧化钠等合成聚天冬氨酸衍生物,通过静态阻垢评定方法和动态阻垢评定方法研究聚天冬氨酸衍生物在海水淡化系统中的阻垢性能。聚天冬氨酸衍生物应用于海水淡化系统后,不仅可以增加离子的去除率,使渗透水的离子浓度降低,还可以使粘附在反渗透膜上的离子减少,进而减少膜垢的污染,未加阻垢剂时粘附在反渗透膜上的污垢垢重为0.16 g,加入聚天冬氨酸衍生物后垢重为0.1 g;并且可以提高水的回收率,未加阻垢剂时水的回收率是83%,加入聚天冬氨酸衍生物后水的回收率是90%,聚天冬氨酸衍生物在海水淡化系统中具有很好的阻垢效果。Polyaspartic acid derivative was synthesized and sodium hydroxide.The scale inhibition performance by using aspartic acid, 2-amino sulfonic acid of polyaspartic acid derivative was applied in seawater desalination system was studied by static scale inhibition test and dynamic scale inhibition test. It can not only increase the removal rate of ions and reduce the concentration of the ions in the permeate water, but also decrease the ions adhering to the reverse osmosis membrane and then reduce the pollution of the film scale when the application of the polyaspartic acid derivative in seawater desalination system.The mass of the scale on the reverse osmosis membrane was 0. 16 g without the scale inhibitor, and the mass of the scale was 0. 1 g after adding aspartic acid derivative.The recovery rate of water can be improved when aspartic acid derivative was added.The recovery rate of water was 83% without scale inhibitor, and the recovery rate of water was 90% after adding aspartie acid derivative. Polyaspartic acid derivative possess better scale inhibition performance in seawater desalination system.
