摘 要:为满足微电网系统中快速分断的要求,提出了基于强迫换流理论的400 V/450 A混合式限流断路器设计方案。对预期短路电流的分断过程进行了分析,并推导出各个阶段的电路方程。基于电路方程中各个参数的关系,并结合实际情况完成了限流断路器关键器件参数的设计。搭建了混合式限流断路器样机并进行预期20 k A短路电流分断试验。试验结果:短路电流成功分断并与仿真波形相吻合。A design of 400 V/450 A hybrid current limiting circuit breaker based on forced commutation theory was proposed in order to meet the requirements of fast breaking in micro-grid system. The breaking process of the expected short-circuit current was analyzed and the circuit equations of each stage were deduced. The key parameters of the current-limited circuit breaker were designed based on the relationship of each parameter in the circuit equation and the actual situation. A prototype of hybrid current-limiting circuit breaker was built and the expected short-circuit breaking current of 20 k A was tested. The short-circuit current was successfully disconnected and matched with the simulation waveform.
