摘  要:目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1在新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症中的表达及其临床应用价值。方法选取平顶山市妇幼保健院2015年1月—2016年5月收治的40例新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症患儿为研究组,并选取同期40例健康新生儿为对照组,检测对照组与研究组患儿治疗前后血清胰岛素样生长因子-1和甲状腺功能指标的变化。结果经过两组的数据比较,治疗前研究组FT4明显的低于对照组,而TSH明显的高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1、2、3个月后FT4明显的高于治疗前,而TSH均明显的降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前研究组胰岛素样生长因子-1明显低于对照组,而治疗1、2、3个月后胰岛素样生长因子-1分别为(115.4±18.5)、(133.8±15.8)、(171.6±21.7)ng/ml,均明显高于治疗前,且数据的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症患儿存在胰岛素样生长因子-1降低的可能,且临床中通过监测其表达状况可有助于甲状腺功能减低症的诊断,对患儿的临床治疗指导也具有明显的优势,在临床中具有广泛的应用价值。Objective To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor 1 in neonatal congenital thyroid function decrease sickness and its clinical value. Methods From January 2015 to May 2016 treated 40 cases of neonatal congenital thyroid function decrease sickness children for the research group,and 40 healthy newborn as control group during this period,the serum insulin-like growth factor 1 before and after treatment and the change of thyroid function index of two groups of patients were detected. Results After comparison between the two groups,FT4 was significantly lower than that of the control group,while TSH was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). After treatment 1,2,3 months,FT4 was significantly higher than before treatment,while TSH was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Before treatment the research group insulin-like growth factor 1 was significantly lower than that of the control group,and 1,2,3 months after treatment the insulin-like growth factor 1(115. 4 ± 18. 5),respectively(133. 8 ± 15. 8),(171. 6 ± 21. 7) ng/ml,were significantly higher than that of before treatment,and the data of comparative difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The clinical insulin-like growth factor 1 reduced in Children with neonatal congenital thyroid function decrease sickness,and monitoring the expression in clinical conditions can contribute to the diagnosis of thyroid function to reduce disease,the clinical treatment of children with guidance also has obvious advantage,has extensive application value.
