摘　　要：目的评价冻干水痘减毒活疫苗加强免疫对适龄儿童接种的安全性。方法选取360名1~7岁儿童加强免疫,观察其接种水痘减毒活疫苗后6周内的不良反应发生情况。结果报告不良反应29例,报告发生率为8.06%,无严重不良反应报告,所有病例均在短时间内恢复。主要临床表现为发热和接种部位红肿。总发生率无性别、年龄和接种针次上的差异,但在2剂次的不同时间间隔上差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.004,P<0.05),间隔1年的不良反应发生率高于3年,但两者的发生率均较低。结论冻干水痘减毒活疫苗的安全性较好,2剂次程序的不良反应发生率不高于1剂次程序。Objective To evaluate the safety of freeze-dried varicella attenuated live vaccine（ Var V）. Methods 360 children aged 1 ～ 7 years old were injected Var V, then the incidence of adverse reactions within 6 weeks after vaccination was observed. Results 29 cases were reported（ the reported rate was 8. 06%）. No serious adverse reaction of vaccination occurred and all cases recovered in a short period of time. The main clinical symptoms were fever and redness in inoculation site. The incidence of adverse reactions had no differences on gender,age and inoculating needle times,but there was significant difference on interval between secondary and primary immune. The incidence of the group that the interval between 2 doses was 3 years was higher than that of 1 year,while both were lower（ χ^2= 5. 004,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Var V possess good safety,and the incidence of adverse reactions of 2-dose group is not higher than that of 1-dose group.
