摘  要:妊娠期间对孕妇进行合理的膳食指导和营养管理,可以有效保证新生儿的身体质量,同时还能让孕妇保持健康,并在一定程度上降低了孕妇妊娠期的相关并发症,例如妊娠期糖尿病和妊高症等的发生率。除此之外,妊娠期间保持均衡营养还可以大大减少妊娠期间不良反应的发生。随着人们现在生活质量的不断提高,妊娠期间的孕妇的营养状况也有了很大的提升,母婴的健康状况更是有了很大的改善。但是需要注意的是孕妇要控制在妊娠期间的营养补给,避免出现营养过剩,因为营养过剩会给孕期的妇女尤其是婴儿的成长造成不利的影响。只有进行合理的饮食指导和营养摄入,才能正确保证母婴健康,改善分娩结局。Reasonable dietary guidance and nutritional management for pregnant women during pregnancy can effectively guarantee the physical quality of the newborn, while keeping pregnant women healthy and, to a certain extent, reducing the incidence of pregnancy-related complications such as gestational diabetes mellitus and pregnancy-induced hypertension. In addition, maintaining balanced nutrition during pregnancy can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during pregnancy. With the improvement of the quality of life, the nutritional status of pregnant women during pregnancy also has a great improvement, and the health condition of mother and baby is greatly improved. However, it is to be noted that pregnant women are required to control nutritional supplements during pregnancy and to avoid a nutritional surplus, which can adversely affect the growth of pregnant women, especially infants. Only with reasonable dietary guidance and nutrition intake, can the correct guarantee of maternal and child health, improve delivery outcomes.
