剖宫产术对子宫复旧的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析剖宫产术对子宫复旧的影响。方法选取我院2014年2月至2016年2月800例产妇进行观察,400例为研究组(剖宫产产妇),400例为对照组(阴道产妇),并对产妇子宫底下降的速度进行定时测量。结果剖宫产术后剖宫产妇子宫下降的速度比阴道产后子宫底下降的速度慢,比较两组宫底下降长度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后子宫复旧有着自身的规律,而对于阴道分娩的产妇子宫复旧来说,剖宫产术的速度相对比较慢,对此应该严格地掌握剖宫产指征,减少没有必要的指征。Objective To analyze the effect of cesarean section on the recovery of the uterus. Methods From February 2014 to February 2016, 800 women were observed in our hospital, 400 cases were the study group（cesarean section） and 400 cases were the control group（vaginal para）. And the rate of decline in the maternal uterus was measured regularly. Results The decrease rate of cesarean cesarean after cesarean section was slower than that of the vaginal uterus, the decrease in the length of the two groups was compared, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cesarean section uterine instauration has its own laws, and for maternal uterine instauration of vaginal delivery, cesarean section＇s speed is relatively slow, this should be strictly grasp the cesarean section indications, reduce unnecessary indications.
