摘 要:常规钻井钻具刮泥装置为手动机械式,且需要两人配合进行工作,工人工作的安全性得不到保证,劳动的强度也很大,这样不但制约钻、修井工作效率而且浪费人力资源严重。因此,可远程控制的气动钻具刮泥装置的研制,顺应了井口自动化工具发展的趋势,能够满足高效钻修井的需求,还能降低工人的劳动强度,这将是是今后钻具刮泥技术发展的必然趋势。本文主要介绍了气动钻具刮泥装置的装置结构,工作原理,关键技术及创新点,试验情况和推广前景。最后,总结了几点气动刮泥装置的特点,提出了整个系统需结合现场进行工业性性能试验后,对气动刮泥装置进行进一步结构的优化。The conventional nmd scraper drilling device is a manual mechanical type, and requires two people to cooperate with it, the labor intensity of the workers is large, the work safety can not be guaranteed, not only restricts the efficiency of drilling and workover but also wastes human resources. Therefore, the development of a remotely controlled pneumatic drilling tool of scraping device complies with the development trend of wellhead automation tools, and which can meet the demand for efficient drilling and workover, and which can also reduce the labor intensity of workers. This technology will be the future of drilling tool with scraping nmd. The inevitable trend of technological development. This paper mainly introduces the structure, working principle, key technologies, innovation points, test conditions and promotion prospects of the pneumatic drilling equipment scraping device. Finally, the characteristics of several pneumatic scraping devices are summarized, and the entire system is required to be combined with on-site industrial performance tests, which can achieve to further optimize the structure of the pneumatic scraping device.
