性病门诊男性就诊者性病感染现状及艾滋病知晓率影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究性病门诊男性就诊者性病感染现状及艾滋病知晓率影响因素。方法为了简化本次抽样,使用问卷调查的方法收集患者治疗资料,问卷调查的对象为2016年4月至2016年8月来我县二级医疗机构皮肤性病门诊就诊的患者,数量为400例。结果选取的患者中存在HIV患者5例,比例为1.25%;存在尖锐湿疣患者65例,比例为16.25%;存在生殖器疱疹患者26例,比例为6.50%;存在生殖道沙眼衣原体患者22例,比例为5.50%;存在淋病患者17例,比例为4.25%;存在梅毒患者19例,比例为4.75%。选取的就诊患者中有298例患者掌握基本的艾滋病知识,所占比例为74.50%,对于艾滋病知识掌握程度不够的患者普遍年龄较大、教育程度较低而且并未接受过健康知识教育。结论性病门诊中应当制定规范化的诊疗方案,让男性就诊者能够准确诊断疾病,并缺乏健康知识的人群做好健康知识宣传工作,让男性就诊者能够掌握基本的艾滋病知识,并在生活中做好预防工作。Objective To study the status of STD infection and the factors affecting the awareness of AIDS in the STD clinic. Methods In order to simplify the sampling, we collected data of patients by questionnaire. The number of patients in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 was 400. Results The selected patients in 5 cases of HIV patients, the rate was 1.25%; 65 cases of patients with condyloma acuminatum, the rate was 16.25%; 26 cases of patients with genital herpes, the proportion was 6.50%; 22 patients had genital Chlamydia trachomatis, the proportion is 5.50%; there are 17 cases of gonorrhea patients, the proportion was 4.25%; there are 19 patients with syphilis for example, the proportion of 4.75%. Among the selected patients, 298 patients had basic knowledge of AIDS, accounting for 74.50%. For those who did not have enough knowledge, they were generally older, with lower education level and had not received health knowledge education. Conclusion Treatment plan should be standardized. Conclusion in STD outpatients, male patients can make accurate diagnosis of disease, and the lack of health knowledge of the population health knowledge propaganda work, let the male patients to master the basic knowledge of AIDS, and in life do preventive work.
