摘　　要：导轮作为液力变矩器核心,影响着液力变矩器的变矩比,决定了其动力输出性能。该文结合公司气体保护焊在液力变矩器导轮中的应用,提出一种导轮外圈焊接专机,利用夹紧机构,并配和焊枪定位装置,保证焊接精度,不但提升了导轮的焊接效率,而且提高了焊接质量。As the central part of welding-type torque converter, the dynamic output characteristic of the reactor has an important influence on the variable ratio of torque converter. A new dedicated welding machine for the outer ring of Die-casting Reactor is designed and made in this article. The pressure clamp system in the welding machine can adjust the position of the welding torch in this new machine. The new dedicated welding machine can guarantee the welding accuracy of the outer ring of die-casting reactor in torque converter. Furthermore, using of the new machine can raise the welding efficiency and quality of torque converter.
