硝苯地平控释片与厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压的疗效

摘　　要：目的研讨原发性高血压病(EH)患者接受硝苯地平控释片及厄贝沙坦两药治疗的临床价值。方法选择2017年1月至12月在我院诊疗的360例EH患者做随机非盲实验并分组,Ⅰ组单纯使用硝苯地平控释片口服,Ⅱ组同时配合厄贝沙坦用药,观察评估两组的病情改善情况。结果Ⅱ组相对Ⅰ组在SBP、DBP、24h尿白蛋白及尿β2-MG指标上均明显改善,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),但BUN指标值相比,两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组在实验期间均无明显药物相关性副反应发生。结论使用硝苯地平控释片、厄贝沙坦两药对EH患者进行治疗是一种可行且安全的降压方法,且对患者肾脏功能有一定改善作用,值得推荐。Objective To investigate the clinical value of nifedipine and irbesartan in patients with essential hypertension（EH）. Methods A total of 360 EH patients treated in our hospital from January to December in 2017 were randomly assigned to receive non-blinded randomized controlled trials. Patients in group I received oral nifedipine alone. Patients in group II received irbesartan in combination with irbesartan. Assessment of the two groups to improve the situation. Results Compared with group Ⅰ, SBP, DBP, 24 h urinary albumin and urinary β2-MG index in group Ⅱ were significantly improved（P〈0.05）, but there was no statistical difference between the two groups Significance（P〈0.05）. There was no obvious drug-related side effects in both groups during the experiment. Conclusion The use of nifedipine controlled release tablets, irbesartan two drugs for EH patients is a feasible and safe method of lowering blood pressure, and renal function in patients with some improvement, it is recommended.
