现代项目管理理论在建设项目职业病危害评价工作中的实际运用

摘　　要：建设项目职业病危害评价工作是从源头预防、控制和消除职业病的根本措施,也是职业卫生机构参与经济活动、保障经济健康发展的重要体现。但在日常的评价工作中,应用传统的常规管理手段开展评价工作不能充分地发挥评价团队的工作效率和团队效能,如何科学地管理建设项目职业病危害评价工作应当成为有待解决的问题。建设项目职业病危害评价具备所有一般项目的组成要素,因此可以通过现代项目管理手段和方法对其进行科学优化的管理。本文根据建设项目职业病危害评价工作的特点,通过引入项目管理学理念,并结合建设项目职业病危害评价工作中的相关经验,对项目管理技术在职业病危害因素评价工作中的应用作进一步探讨,为评价机构和相关单位探索建立高效评价项目管理模式提供借鉴和参考。Occupational hazard assessment of construction projects is the fundamental measure to prevent,control and eliminate occupational diseases at the source,and it is also an important manifestation of occupational health institutions participating in economic activities and ensuring the healthy development of the economy. But in daily evaluation work,the traditional management methods which carry out evaluation work cannot give full play to the efficiency and team effectiveness of the evaluation team,so how to scientifically manage the occupational hazard assessment of construction projects should be a problem to be solved. The occupational hazard assessment of construction projects has the elements which all the general projects have.Therefore,it can be scientifically optimized by modern project management means and methods. According to the characteristics of occupational hazard assessment in construction projects,the article further discuss the application of project management technology in the evaluation of occupational hazards through introducing the concept of project management and combining with relevant experience of assessment of construction projects,and provides reference for the evaluation institutions and related units to explore and establish efficient evaluation project management model.
