摘 要:某公司保险杠涂装车间产能为32万套/a,采用人工喷涂形式,由于产能增大提产至49万套/a,改造为自动喷涂。综合保险杠涂装工艺流程、车间整体布局、施工难易程度等方面确定了最终改造方案,对机械化输送、喷漆室自动化、烘干系统三大设备系统进行了改造升级,并对车间改造前后进行了对比分析,简要说明了改造方案,归纳总结了涂装线体改造规划思路。In a bumper painting shop, the annual output production increased from 320 000 sets to 490 000 sets, as a result of innovation for the painting process which causes a change from manual work to automatic work. The final retrofit scheme is determined in aspects of comprehensive bumper painting process flow, overall layout of workshop, construction difficulty and ease of construction, etc. Three major equipment systems, such as mechanized transportation, automatic transformation of paint spraying room and drying system, were reformed and upgraded, and comparative analysis was made before and after the transformation of the workshop. Finally, the transformation scheme is briefly explained, and the planning idea of painting line reconstruction is summarized.
