摘 要:鉴于曲柄连杆机构动平衡直接影响机体振动,通过ADAMS虚拟样机,采用OPTDES-GRG算法对平衡块的配重进行了优化。为了得到主轴承的激励力,采用解析方法计算了曲柄连杆机构所受的惯性力、气体力和摩擦力,并将相关力加载到虚拟样机上,得到曲轴三向激励力的时域图和频域图,最终识别出主轴承的激励力。Considering the fact that crank and connecting rod's dynamic balance has a direct impact on the vibration of the compressor body,having ADAMS virtual prototype and OPTDES-GRG algorithm used to optimize the weight of the balance block was implemented,including making use of analytic method to calculate inertial force,gas force and friction force of the crank connecting rod mechanism so as to get the main bearing's exciting force,to load relevant force so as to the virtual prototype to obtain the time and frequency domain diagrams of the crankshaft's three-direction exciting force and to recognize main bearing's exciting force in the end.
