摘  要:基于Fluent数值模拟,借助内嵌小锥式固液旋流器研究了分流比对旋流器分离效率、内部流场和压力特性的影响规律,结果显示:综合效率随着分流比的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,其中30%为最佳分流比,此时综合效率最高且质量效率和简化效率都在90%以上;研究还发现,切向速度、轴向速度和径向速度均呈增加趋势,其中轴向速度受分流比影响程度最大。Based on the Fluent numerical simulation and the solid-liquid cyclone with embedded cone structure,studying split ratio's influence on the separation efficiency,internal flow field and pressure characteristics of the cyclone was implemented to show that,the comprehensive efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of the split ratio; and as for a separation ratio of 30%,the comprehensive efficiency is the highest along with both quality efficiency and simplification efficiency staying above 90%. Another research result indicates that,the tangential velocity,axial velocity and radial velocity show an increasing trend and the axial velocity can be affected by the diversion ratio.
