摘 要:铝颗粒可与水发生产氢反应,氢气可以带来火灾爆炸的风险.通过开发的铝水反应测试仪,系统研究了不同铝水质量比、不同温度对氢气产生量及最大产氢速率的影响,并提出了particle surface modification(PSM)方法抑制铝水产氢反应的进行.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和能谱分析(EDS)对反应前后的铝颗粒进行表征,明确了相关反应机理.PSM方法成本低,并且可以有效地抑制产氢,可以为相关工程项目提供本质安全化的抑制产氢方法.Aluminum particles could react with water and produce hydrogen,and there is the risk of hydrogen explosion. Through the aluminum water reaction tester,the effect of different mass ratio of aluminum to water and different temperature on the hydrogen production and maximum production rate were systematically studied. A newmethod, PSM, is proposed to suppress hydrogen production from aluminum hydrate. The aluminum particles before and after the reaction were characterized by SEM,XRD and EDS. The mechanism of the reaction is clarified. The lowcost PSMmethod can effectively inhibit hydrogen production,and it also could provide the inherent safety method for the hydrogen inhibition in some engineering project.
