摘　　要：本文对医院存在风险及如何进行风险管理进行系统化的阐述,并通过制定相应的风险管理计划来控制相关风险的产生,为提高医院、医护人员、患者的安全提高有效的指导。This paper systematically expounds the risks in hospital operation and how to carry out risk management, and establishes corresponding risk management plans to control the occurrence of related risks, so as to provide effective guidance for improving the safety of hospitals, medical staff and patients.
