摘　　要：目的:探讨PASS系统应用于监测临床合理用药情况中的价值和意义。方法:选择PASS系统监测的820例患者,共10 000条临床用药处方及医嘱,分析合理用药情况。结果:PASS系统监测临床不合理用药处方及医嘱3.60%,其中,警示色为黑色13.06%,警示色为红色70.28%,警示色为黄色16.67%。结论:将PASS系统用于监测临床合理用药情况的效果较好,有助于监测出临床不合理用药处方及医嘱,提升临床用药合理性。Objective：To explore the value of monitoring of rational drug use by PASS system.Methods：820 patients were monitored by the PASS system,and 10 000 prescriptions and medical orders were selected.We analyzed the situation of rational use of drugs.Results：The clinical irrational drug use prescription and medical advice in the PASS system was 3.60%.Among them,the proportion of warning color to black was 13.06%,the proportion of warning color to red was 70.28%,and the proportion of warning color to yellow was 16.67%.Conclusion：It was better to use the PASS system to monitor the clinical rational use of drugs.It can help to monitor the prescription of clinical irrational drug use and medical advice,and improve the rationality of clinical medication.
