摘　　要：目的:探讨不同类型胰岛素对糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白排泄率的影响。方法:收治糖尿病肾病患者68例,随机分为观察1组和观察2组。观察1组采用甘精胰岛素治疗,观察2组采用预混胰岛素治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察1组尿蛋白排泄率低于观察2组(P<0.05)。结论:甘精胰岛素对尿蛋白排泄率的影响更小。Objective：To explore the effect of different types of insulin on urinary protein excretion rate in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods：68 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation 1 group and the observation 2 group.The observation 1 group was treated with insulin glargine,and the observation 2 group was treated with premixed insulin.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：After treatment,the urinary protein excretion rate of the observation 1 group was lower than that of the observation 2 group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of insulin glargine on urinary protein excretion rate was smaller.
