萎胃康治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的价值与血液流变学研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨萎胃康治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的价值与血液流变学效果。方法:收治慢性萎缩性胃炎患者72例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用胃乐宁、多酶片治疗,观察组采用萎胃康治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率和血液流变学变化情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性萎缩性胃炎患者应用萎胃康治疗效果理想,而且对血液流变学影响较大。Objective：To explore the value of Wei Wei Kang in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and hemorheology effect.Methods：72 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated by Wei Le Ning and multienzyme tablets.The observation group was treated with Wei Wei Kang.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the efficiency and changes of blood rheology were obviously superior to those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Wei Wei Kang in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis was good,and it had a great influence on the hemorheology.
