摘　　要：目的:探讨MRI对早期类风湿性关节炎手、腕部关节的诊断价值。方法:收治早期疑似类风湿性关节炎患者46例,均接受MRI扫描、X线检查及CT扫描,比较检查结果。结果:46例患者中,43例患者被确诊,其中MRI临床诊断敏感度、准确性均明显优于X线检查及CT扫描,MRI扫描滑膜强化患者其HAQ评分、肿胀关节数、CRP及ESR均明显高于滑膜未强化患者(P<0.05)。结论:对于类风湿性关节炎患者采用MRI诊断的敏感度、准确性高。Objective：To explore the diagnostic value of MRI in the hand and wrist joint of early rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：46 patients with early suspected rheumatoid arthritis were selected.They all received MRI scan,X-ray examination and CT scan.We compared the results.Results：Of the 46 patients,43 cases were diagnosed,and the sensitivity and accuracy of clinical diagnosis of MRI were obviously superior to X-ray examination and CT examination.In the MRI scan,the HAQ score,the number of swelling joints,the CRP and the ESR of the patients with synovial enhancement were significantly higher than those of patients without synovial enhancement（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The sensitivity and accuracy of MRI diagnosis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis were high.
