大学生职业理想的外化现状及其教育对策

摘　　要：职业理想作为理想系统结构的一个组成部分,是思想政治教育研究的重要方面。职业理想属于社会意识范畴,也是人的内在精神动力。在当前的社会环境下,大学生的职业理想表现在行业取向、地域取向、薪酬取向等方面,有其特殊性。本文在实证调查的基础上,分析当前大学生职业理想的现状,并提出相应的职业理想教育对策。As an integral part of the ideal system structure,occupational ideal is an important aspect of the research of ideological and political education.Occupational ideals belong to the category of social awareness; it is also the inner spiritual power of people.Under the current social environment,the career ideal of undergraduates has its particularity in the aspects of industry orientation,geographical orientation and salary orientation.Based on the empirical investigation,this paper analyzes the current situation of college students＇ career ideal and puts forward corresponding vocational education strategies.
