摘  要:当今移动互联网时代,企业价值创造方式不断改变,众多企业纷纷变革,"生态圈"战略成为众多企业的选择,但结果却并非尽如人意。近来,乐视生态圈战略引发社会热议,同是实施生态圈战略的企业,为什么小米、腾讯、百度成功了,而乐视却铩羽而归?乐视为什么会失败?生态圈的协同效应如何发挥?企业应该如何建立生态圈?论文基于以上问题,探究乐视生态圈失败的原因和协同效应发挥的影响因素,并对企业生态圈战略的实施提出建议。In the era of mobile internet, the way of creating enterprise value has been changing, and many enterprises have changed. The "ecological circle" strategy has become a choice for many enterprises, but the result is not satisfactory. Recently, the Letv ecosphere strategy has triggered a hot social discussion. The same is the implementation of the ecosphere strategy of enterprises, why did Xiaomi, Tencent, Baidu succeed, but Letv defeated? Why did the Letv fail? How to play the synergetic effect of ecosphere ? How should enterprises establish the ecological circle? Based on the above problems, the paper explores the causes of the failure of the ecological circle and the influence factors of the synergistic effect, and puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of the enterprise ecosphere strategy.
