摘 要:采用不同的超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)工艺制备了6种微纳米WC-10Co4Cr金属陶瓷涂层,测量了涂层的显微硬度、孔隙率及断裂韧性,采用超声振动空蚀装置研究了涂层在淡水介质中的抗空蚀性能,探讨了涂层显微硬度、孔隙率及断裂韧性与空蚀量的规律和影响程度。结果表明:液体燃料HVOF喷涂的WC-10Co4Cr涂层的抗空蚀性能明显优于气体燃料HVOF喷涂的WC-10Co4Cr涂层;喷涂工艺相同时,多峰WC-10Co4Cr涂层表现出最优良的抗空蚀性能,纳米WC-10Co4Cr涂层抗空蚀性能最差;涂层断裂韧性对HVOF喷涂的WC-10Co4Cr涂层的抗空蚀性能的影响程度最大。Six kinds of micro-nano WC-10Co4Cr cermet coatings were deposited by different high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF).The coatings’ microhardness, porosity and fracture toughness were measured. The resistance of coatings to cavitation erosion was studied by ultrasonic vibration cavitation device in fresh water medium, and the regularity and in?uence between microhardness, porosity, fracture toughness and cavitation were discussed. Results showed that the resistance of cavitation erosion of WC-10Co4Cr coatings deposited by HVOLF is signi?cantly better than that of the HVOGF WC-10Co4Cr coatings. The multimodel WC-10Co4Cr coating shows the most excellent cavitation erosion resistance, and the nano WC-10Co4Cr coating is the worst when deposited by the same spraying process. The fracture toughness owns the best remarkble effect to the cavitation erosion resistance of HVOF sprayed WC-10Co4Cr coatings.
