摘  要:为了合理地设计涡流分选机磁辊结构及其参数,介绍了磁辊结构,并通过COMSOL软件对磁辊的磁场进行了研究,分析了磁辊外径、磁极对数、磁极厚度等磁辊结构参数对磁辊磁场的影响.对于磁辊外径及磁极对数的选择,引入了径极比(D/k)的概念.研究表明,当对于作用距离在5~10mm之间的最佳径极比为10,10~15mm之间的最佳径极比在12.5左右,15~20mm之间的最佳径极比在16.67左右.In order to reasonably design the structure and its parameters of the magnetic roller in the eddy current separator,this paper introduces the structure of magnetic roller first,then analyzes the influence of the structural parameters to the magnetic field of the magnetic roller,such as the outside diameter,the number of pole pairs,the thickness of poles.Finally for the selection of the outer diameter of magnetic roller and the number of pole pairs,the ratio of the two parameters is introduced,it shows that the optimal ratio is about 10 when the operating distance is between5~10 mm,and around 12.5 between10~15 mm,and about 16.67 between 15~20 mm.
