摘 要:通过生物系统与产品技术系统分析,找出两系统之间内在的功能联系.借助于关键词检索基于功能基术语的生物知识库,获取相应的生物实例,通过相似度计算获得生物原型.利用生物耦合理论、功能分析系统技术(Function Analysis System Technique,FAST)和功能基术语进行生物功能建模,结合类比推理、混合类比策略及作用特性相似性原理,实现由生物系统向产品技术系统的转化.同时,根据设计任务及需求,建立产品功能原理模型并进行求解,获得合理的设计方案.最后,以空气集水装置为实例,验证所建立的基于生物原型的系统化仿生创新设计过程模型具有通用性和可行性.Through the analysis of biological system and product technology system,we can find the internal functional relationship of two systems.Firstly,by retrieving the key words,the biological knowledge based on functional base term is retrieved to obtain the corresponding biological instances.After that,aproper biological prototype is obtained by calculating the similarity quantitatively.Then,using the function of biological coupling theory,analysis method of function analysis system technique(FAST)and functional terms of biological function modeling,and through the similarity of causal reasoning,compound analogy strategy and characteristics of the biological system is realized by conversion to product technology system.Then,according to the design task and demand,the product function model is established,and the product function principle is solved,and the reasonable product design scheme is obtained.Finally,taking the air collecting device as an engineering example,the model of product innovation design based on biological prototype is proved to be universal and feasible.
