摘  要:随着科学技术的发展,电厂机组设备也越来越大型化、高速化、自动化和智能化.电厂机组设备运行的安全性要求也越来越高.传统依靠人力发现问题的方法不仅效率低下,而且还具有非常大的危险性.为了提高电厂机组设备运行的安全性,实现电厂机组设备运行的科学化管理和决策,研究了远程监测与故障诊断系统.该系统依赖于计算机技术、传感器技术和网络技术的飞速发展,通过搭设监测机组状态的数据库,利用数据融合技术,发挥大数据优势,打破"信息"传递的孤岛效应,获取机组实时运行数据,并将此系统有效应用在电厂机组设备的远程监测与故障诊断中.With the development of science and technology,power plant equipment is more and more large-scale,high-speed,automation and intelligent.Safety requirements for power plant equipment are also more and more high,the way which depending on the human to found the problem is not only inefficient,but also has a very big risk.In order to improve the safety of the power plant equipment and bring out the scientific management and decision making for the power plant equipment,the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system has been researched.The system relies on the rapid development of computer technology,sensor technology and network technology,through the erection of state monitoring unit database,uses data fusion technology,plays the advantages of big data,breaks the"information"transmission of the isolated island effect,gets the real time operation data of the equipment,and this system has been used in remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of power plant equipment.
