摘　　要：目的 :探讨Ntrap结石拦截网在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术中的应用效果。方法 :将2013年6月至2016年6月期间四川泸县人民医院泌尿外科收治的176例输尿管上段结石患者作为研究对象。对这176例患者均进行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术,并在术中为其置入Ntrap结石拦截网来阻断其结石上移。然后,观察这些患者一次性碎石的成功率、进行手术的用时、手术并发症的发生率及结石的残留率。结果 :在这176例患者中,有163例患者顺利置入Ntrap。这163例患者一次性碎石的成功率为96.93%,其进行手术的平均用时为(50±12)min,其在术中均未发生大出血、输尿管穿孔、脱套、中毒性休克、邻近器官损伤等手术并发症。在术后的第3个月,使用KUB(肾-输尿管-膀胱摄影)检查和B超检查对这163例患者进行复查的结果显示,其患侧肾积水的症状均明显改善,仅有2例患者有结石残留。结论 :在对输尿管上段结石患者进行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术时,使用Ntrap结石拦截网对碎石进行拦截的效果显著,可明显提高其一次性碎石的成功率,降低手术并发症的发生率。Objective： To evaluate the application effect of Ntrap in ureteroscopic Holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods： 176 cases of upper ureteral calculi treated in People＇ s Hospital of Lu County from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected for research object. Treat the 176 cases with holmium laser lithotripsy, implant Ntrap for blocking the stone move up. Then observe disposable successful rate of lithotripsy, operation time, and residual stone rate of the cases. Results： Among the 176 cases of patients ,there are 163 cases was be implanted Ntrap. The disposable successful rate of lithotripsy is 96.93%,average operation time is （50 ± 12） min, no patients occurred complication such as massive hemorrhage, perforation of ureter, degloviug injury, toxic shock and neighbor organ damage. In the third month after operation, the results of KUB examination and B-ultrasonography shows that contralateral hydronephrosis of the kidney of the patients were improved significantly, only 2 patients with residual stone. Conclusion： The effect of applying Ntrap in ureteroscopic Holmium laser lithotripsy is significant, it will increase disposable successful rate of lithotripsy and decrease incidence of complications.
