摘  要:目的对不同采收期薄荷茎、叶中迷迭香酸含量的动态变化进行研究,明确薄荷茎、叶比例与薄荷药材质量控制的相关性,确保临床药效的稳定性。方法 HPLC法测定不同批次薄荷中迷迭香酸的含量,采用SPSS 19.0软件进行分析。结果江苏4,7和9月,安徽4和7月以及北京7和8月采收的薄荷中迷迭香酸含量较高,不同产地薄荷叶中迷迭香酸含量虽有差异但普遍高于茎中的迷迭香酸含量,且稳定性好。结论确定了北京、江苏和安徽薄荷药材的最佳采收期,明确了药典控制薄荷叶比例的必要性和科学性,为薄荷药材的质量控制提供科学依据。Objective To study the rosmarinic acid content and its dynamic changes in Mentha haplocalyxstems and leaves in different harvest periods,to account for the rule of leaves proportion,thus to complete the quality control and make sure the clinical effects.Methods The rosmarinic acid contents of different batches were determined by using HPLC chromatography and SPSS19.0 software.Results Rosmarinic acid content was higher at April,July and September in Jiangsu,April and July in Anhui,July and August in Beijing.The content was higher and more stable in leaves than that in stems,and influenced by region.Conclusion The harvest periods in Beijing,Anhui and Jiangsu were optimized,and the necessity to control leaves proportion in Chinese Pharmacopoeia was illustrated.
