摘  要:目的系统评价苦碟子注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及安全性。方法从Cochrane图书馆、Pubmed、万方及CNKI等数据库中检索相关文献,严格按照纳入与排除标准对随机对照试验进行质量评价,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行分析。结果筛选后共纳入14篇文献,Meta分析结果显示苦碟子注射液在治疗糖尿病周围神经病变总有效率、腓总运动神经传导速度、正中运动神经传导速度、腓总感觉神经传导速度和正中感觉神经传导速度效果均优于对照组。结论苦碟子注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有优势,但研究结论尚需更多高质量随机对照双盲研究进一步证实。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Kudiezi Injections on the therapies of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods The database of Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Wanfang and CNKI were retrieved.Quality of all the researches were strictly assessed according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The Review Manager 5.3 software was employed for data analysis.Results 14 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were included into the Meta-analyses.The result exhibited that the total effective rate of Kudiezi Injections was superior to control group which were not given Kudiezi Injections.Moreover,Kudiezi Injections can significantly promote the level of peroneal motor nerve conduction velocity,median motor nerve conduction velocity,peroneal sensory nerve conduction velocity and median sensory nerve conduction velocity compared with control group.Conclusion Kudiezi Injections was advantageous in diabetic peripheral neuropathy,however,more high-quality researches were needed to verify its efficacy and safety.
