摘　　要：在RH-KTB基础上研发多功能顶枪喷粉系统,实现同一通道兼具吹氧、喷粉及真空槽烘烤等功能,由氩气携带脱硫物料向真空室内钢水进行喷吹,以达到在RH工序挽救脱硫及深脱硫等目的。初步脱硫试验结果表明:在脱硫剂单耗5 kg/t的情况下,最高脱硫率可达60%以上,且钢水脱硫效果可达到终点S含量小于0.001 0%的水平。Multi - functional top lance powder injection system is developed on the basis of RH - KTB, achieving oxgygen blowing,powder injecting and baking of vacuum tank via the same passage, while desulfurizer is blown into molten steel in the vacuum chamber by purging argon so as to fulfill remedial or deep desulfuzization at RH procedure. The results of initial desulfufization test show that the highest desulfufization rate reaches to 60% and over,the end S content reaches to a value below 0. 001 0% when the specific consumption of desulfurizer is 5 kg/t.
