摘  要:在钢铁市场竞争日趋激烈的大环境下,用户对钢材质量提出了更加严格的要求,而炼钢是影响钢产品质量的重要工序之一。在炼钢过程中,钢坯生产需要经过初炼、精炼、连铸等环节,每个环节的工艺参数都会影响产品的规格、物性和化性。因此,开发适合炼钢质量管理的炼钢过程控制系统、实现炼钢工艺参数的实时监控、提高生产过程的稳定性以及产品质量成为钢厂研究的课题。Under increasingly fierce competition in iron and steel market, the customers raise more stringent re- quirements on steel product quality. Steelmaking is one of the key procedures affecting steel product quality. In the process of steelmaking, the slab is produced via various procedures such as primary melting, refining, continuous casting, the process parameters of each procedure all have effects on the size, physical property, chemical property of the product. Thus developing steelmaking process control system, realizing real - time monitoring of steelmaking process parameters, improving the stability of production process and quality of product become the research subject of steel- works.
