摘 要:横向磁通永磁电机磁路与电路分离,提高磁密或提高电负荷时相互不受影响,在保证二者的同时实现电机的高转矩密度,适用于某些特殊场合,故对该类电机的研究受到越来越广泛的关注.径向结构与盘式结构永磁电机,其振动与电磁噪声特性已经得到深入研究,并取得一定成果,而对于横向磁通永磁电机,其结构复杂,定子系统振动及电机电磁噪声特性极少被研究.由于定子所受电磁力是电机振动及电磁噪声的主要原因,拟对一台15 kW横向磁通永磁电机定子系统进行受力分析.为分析该类电机的振动及电磁噪声特性,文中计算了样机空载气隙磁场、反电动势、定子内外齿气隙磁密、定子内外齿所受径向与切向电磁力,并得出相应结论.The magnetic circuit has no influence on the electric circuit when a TFPM increases a magnetic flux density or a electric load,because they are separated. A TFPM is suitable for some special occasions,so the research on it has received more and more attention. The vibration and the electromagnetic noise characteristics of a permanent magnet motor with radial and disc structure have been studied deeply,and some achievements have been obtained. The vibration of a stator system and the characteristic of electromagnetic noise on a TFPM are studied seldom,because the structure of this kind of motor is complex. The analysis of the force on the stator system for a TPFM with a power of 15 kW is made in this paper,because the main reason for vibration and electromagnetic noise is electromagnetic force on the stator system. In order to analyze the vibration and electromagnetic noise characteristics of this kind of motor,the no-load air gap magnetic field,the back EMF,the air gap flux density of inner tooth and outer tooth of stator,and radial and tangential electromagnetic force on them are calculated in this paper. Finally,the corresponding conclusions are drawn.
