摘 要:临床路径是一种对医疗费用控制和诊疗质量有积极影响的病人管理手段。但由于不同医院治疗具有个性化特点,国家卫计委在制定参考规范时可操作性不高,所以在实施过程中,各医院仍面临很多困难,特别是在制定临床路径表单时缺少循证支持,忽略了本院特色和实际情况。因此,需要一种良好的制定临床路径表单的技术手段,以协助医护人员做好实施临床路径的先期工作。为解决上述问题,笔者以某医院为样本医院,以社区获得的性肺炎病种为样本病种,研究运用CLIQUE算法进行数据挖掘来制定临床路径的方法,提高临床路径实施质量,为临床医护人员提供便利方法,减轻医疗管理工作负担。Clinical pathway is a kind of patient management approach that has a positive impact on medical cost control and quality of care. However, because of the individualized characteristics of different hospital treatments, the National Health and Family Planning Commission has low operability in the development of reference standards. Therefore, in the implementation process, there are still many difficulties in hospitals, especially in the development of clinical pathway forms. There is a lack of evidence-based supported and neglected the characteristics and actual conditions of this hospital. Therefore, we need a complete clinical path form to develop the technical means to assist the medical staff in the preparatory work of implementing the clinical pathway. In order to solve the above problems, the author uses a hospital as a sample hospital and uses community-acquired pneumonia as a sample disease to study the use of the CLIQUE algorithm for data mining to develop clinical pathways, improve clinical pathway implementation quality, and provide clinical staff with convenient methods to reduce the burden of medical management.
